Yes this has an interesting "haunting quality" to it for sure. I first of all think you have a very good feeling for ambience here that you use throughout the song, and that also involves how you "build" it so to speak, structurally.
I like a lot the way your vocals enter, where you put that in time.
I'm not sure the effect you put on your vocals around 1.42, works though, distorts the ambience a bit I feel. Overall your weakest point is the vocals, I don't "feel them" in the same way I feel the other instruments and atmospheres in this song, but it kind of feels they are "on their way" too, so keep working. What is good is that you don't keep your voice "in" if you know what I mean? You don't bury it somewhere, and that's important.
